Our First Aid for Mental Health course equips delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to recognise and respond to mental health challenges in the workplace.
Delivered by experienced, accredited instructors, the course combines classroom theory with interactive scenarios to help participants understand how to identify mental health concerns, provide initial support, and signpost to appropriate professional help.
Delegates will learn about common mental health conditions, stigma reduction, communication strategies, and strategies to support colleagues in distress.
